... I keep getting friends and colleagues WARNING!!1! me about the dessie/BC skill changes. To maximize the freebees, they inform me, you will need:
Racial frig IV
Dessie V
Racial Cruiser IV
BC V
... except that's not true, according to http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=73530. In actuality, it's racial cruiser III (3). Presumably more of you out there are still confused, so here's a free "you're an idiot so here's your welfare check" thread. Of course, if you're already aware of this, feel free to post a cleverly EVE-related joke.

Guys, I know they're not coming with Retribution. All I'm pointing out here is that, in the end, you only need the cruisers at 3 if you're looking for max free sp, and I'm pointing that out because it seems like a lot of people don't realize that.
